Former NOPI head chef opens solo restaurant.

We are very proud that Balsajo is stocked and used by Yotam Ottolenghi and excited to learn that former Nopi Head Chef, Ramael Scully will be opening his first solo restaurant on the 1st March.

Promising to offer unique and exciting dishes on his menu and we are thrilled that he will feature Black Garlic on his menu. Scully   worked with Ottolenghi on the popular cook book Nopi and we can’t wait to see the dishes he creates on his first solo venture.
